Hope you all had a lovely Easter! My Easter was a bit too lovely food-wise- this week I have a gain of 0.5kg. I am disappointed, but I know why I had the gain, so I guess its easier to deal with than if I was very good and had a gain. So between my Easter Sunday blowout and pre-mentrual bloat, it is an understandable gain. It does make my goal seem a bit further away, so I will be battling the "I'm over it" demons again this week coming... I am tired, so this weekend I hope to find the balance between being able to chillout a bit, and trying to keep busy so I don't think about eating food! Wish me luck...

Unfortunately I'm in the same boat this week - easter and premenstrual chocolate pigout... we'll see what happens with the next weigh-in, as I've been madly punishing myself with exercise to try and minimise the damage!!
