Hi ladies!

Hello everyone, I'm Gen ("augigi" on the WW boards). I am excited to have a goal and a plan, as I had been slowing down with my weight loss and getting a bit disappointed. I can safely say I'm not exercising 4 hours a day a la TBL, but I am definitely doing at least an hour a day of cardio, including treadmill walking and completing week 3 of the Couch to 5km challenge today, also adding pilates about 3x week.

Have been very good with food this week - trialling the Wendy plan of alternating high and low point days to try and kickstart my weightloss. It has been quite unsettling having to look up my points each day (I can't remember, brain like a sieve!), and difficult to eat 30 points one day (!), but we'll see how it goes at weigh in on Monday.

Also start with a personal trainer on Monday - there's a group of us from the WW boards who have got a small group together to share the cost of a trainer, so it's come down to about $21/day with a few of us. We'll see how that goes for the next 12 week - ties in nicely with TBL challenge!

Gen your a star - look at all the hard work your doing, its definitely going to pay off at weigh in. let us know how you go with the high points/low points thing ive never heard of that?? and great idea about the personal trainer. much cheaper that way! gosh you must feel like your on the BL with out all the cameras.. oh and bob harper!! haha!
