GOALS FOR THE WEEKEND -
This weekend you must not go over your points - come on its week one - 100% effort required.. if you have a big night planned, only use what bonus points you can.. dont overdo it,
On the exercise front, get an hour in on saturday and sunday - whatever it be.. walking, running, gardenning, housework. you name it.. get active and get bloody excited about those weigh ins next week!! Have a good one!!
