Weigh in #1

Ok, weigh in day: lost 800g, down to 95.9 for a total of 9.7kg lost (800g for this challenge). I am still on track for my goal of 8kg lost in the challenge.

Had to back off exercise the past couple of days, as my lower back is killing me - I wonder if it's te jarring from running on the treadmill in the C25K. I'm up to week 4, will do it tomorrow night if my back feels better. In the meantime, I'll stick to walking.

Am switching to the Core/No Count plan this week - I mostly eat Core foods anyhow, and will just have to get wholegrain bread instead of wholemeal. Got my groceries delivered on the weekend and have chopped up all my veggies, so I'm all set for this week. Personal trainer cancelled today, so we start Wed now - hopefully my back is all better by then.

G'day Gen,

Congratulations on you loss! That's fab! Hope you're back is better soon- sounds like you're up to the same stage as me on the C25K. I really think that's whats helped me shift a bunch a weight last week, so I am keen to get into week 4!

Exercise aside, sounds like you are organised food-wise! Hope you enjoy Core x
