Hi girls,
Sorry for not getting in touch for ages. Two weeks ago, I gave up smoking and I've not been very good with my food because of this. It's been really hard but it is something I really want and need to do. I just feel that I need to concentrate more on staying off the fags and although I will keep doing my exercise, I don't think I'll be much good in this challenge right now.
Everyone keep up the good work and I'll be cheering you all on with your losses.

Congrats - I quit smoking just over a month ago, and it's fabulous!! Nicotine is all out of your body after 3 weeks.. keep going! Just keep some celery or carrots cut up in fridge to reach for and don't buy crap food!!
