Where are all our weighers??

How did you all go this week?

A strong support base is so essential in this journey so make sure we keep it up! keep sharing some good tips and advice and your successful weigh ins so we all keep motivated!

Mine are- to PLAN, TRACK and stick to my guns!
Daily Exercise, with or with out a hangover and remember how far i've come!
27.8 kilos is one hell of a lot of chocolate!!!

I plan to eat some chocolate at easter, because I haven't had any for ages!!

I am sticking to all my exercise and calorie goals, just need to up my water and I'm good.

I think I'll relax a bit and have a nice holiday!
