Gain for week 2

Hi everyone,

I am feeling very ashamed of myself. I had a gain of 500g this week, which is sooo not good after working so hard the previous week. Been drinking too much, eating pizza, chinese take away, indian curry, burgers on the barbie,- you get the drift! I am lucky that I didnt gain more.

Relatives still have another fortnight so I'll just have to be a lot more disciplined, which is hard because they love to indulge on holiday. Anyway, no more excuses, Its my own choices that got me into this mess and its up to me to fix it - which I shall.

Well done to all that lost this week and good luck to those still to weigh in.

Hi Karrie, just remember that were in the same boat - we know what we did wrong and we just have to not do that as much to keep losing weight! its as easy as that, i was sooooo down o n monday when i weighed in and i already know that ive lost what i gained already and if i stick to it over the weekend ill get a good result again,. so stick to it and you will too!

Don't be so hard on yourself chicky. Life's not always very supportive of us when we're trying to lose weight between visitors, birthdays, functions, etc, etc. At least you've acknowledged where you've gone wrong like Jenna said. So chin up, and look to next week. Try and make healthier choices with the rellies - I had my in-laws up for Christmas so I did all the catering... fed them WW meals without them even knowing it! Just let the rellies indulge if they wish, but make yourself a healthier alternative... Goodluck over the weekend.

Hey Karrie,

I reckon you have done fab only gaining 500g! I know how hard it can be- the best thing you can do is take it one choice at a time, and not look at the whole two weeks to come as a struggle to be good. Before you know it all the good choices will add up and you'll be back on track!
