I did it again

Well I did it again... I went sooo well at the start of the week ate really well and exercised heaps until I had a "yummy naughty treat" then the vicious cycle started I felt soooo guilty and lethargic that I didn't exercise and thought ok will do more tomorrow but tomorrow came felt really yuck still soo hmmm a crunchy mcflurry with m&m pieces was a great pick me up then an hour later felt crap no exercise next day pizza and the cycle continued (man you think I'd just go come on break this and feel better but nooooooo!!!) well until I got on the scales and had put on 500gs so yes back to 77.3:( I felt sooo guilty and yuck and thought about not even posting but here I am and I am going to make sure this week is different if for nothing else just the way last week made me physically feel!!!!!

Hey Ang, I hear ya.. i organised this blog and was too embarrased and ashamed to post my gain this week! but hey thats how we ended up overweight in the first place - by not aknowledging where we were going wrong! so well done! take responsibility for what youve done and learn something from it this week! steer clear of any temptations and that vicious cycle and throw us a post or an email if you need to chat - it helps!
