This has been a really positive week for me, regaining some motivation and losing a whole 1kg! This challenge is going to be fantastic for all of us- and I can't wait to rip into it! Hey Shez - my pleasure, we're all not getting out of this without being smaller at the finish! So happy to see your all posting! I think this will be a great resource and it saves emailing everyone separately too!
