Week 3 weigh-in

Ok, check in today:

Last week: 95.3
This week: 94.6

Loss: 700g

Still doing the training (and suffering accordingly!) - motivation is high.

Well done chicky... How's the C25K going?? I really need to get back into the exercise - been working insane hours though so motivation is low... probably need something like that to get me going. Hope you had a good weekend!

Going ok so far - although terrified as now up to session 3 week 5 - 20 min run. No idea how I'll manage that - I'll let you know!
