Finally - a great week!! I took a few days off training due to an achilles injury, but that's all fixed now.. and I lost 1.5kg last week!! Woohoo. I had dropped my calorie intake to around 1250, and I was pretty strict on it, so I'm sure that's what made the difference. I did have one night out to dinner for Thai food, so I'm very happy with my result!! What about everyone else??

PS: My goals: do at least 350 calories worth of exercise each day, stick to 1250 calories/day, and drink 2500ml/day.
Well done Gen, thats awesome! and great goals for this week! sounds like you'll have another good result to report if you stick to those goals this week!
