Hi everyone,
Well the good news is, I lost 1kg this week. Yeah ! I was pretty strict with my eating, (mostly)but I know that I could have done better if I had exercised more. All I really done was a fair bit of walking. So this week my aim is to do a half hour of running (or jogging) a day and at least 200 sit ups maybe every second day as well as some arm exercises. Does anyone know of good exercises for getting rid of lower back fat coz even though I am not too far from goal, I still have this big hangover of flab when I wear my jeans.
Another question, for anyone at goal or near it, do you now feel totally happy with your appearance or is there that wee bit inside you that still feels not quite satisfied?
I'm asking because although I know in my head that I'm doing good and lighter than I was 6 months ago,I still have low days that I feel bigger than I am. Maybe its because for so long, losing weight has been a main focus in my mind . I dont know, sorry for the ramble. Prob not even making sense.
Anyway girls, good luck for your weigh ins - I look forward to hearing them.

Hey chicky,
Well done on your loss!
In answer to your question about being satisfied with yourself at goal... My answer would be yes and no! Like I said in my post earlier, I've been at goal for a month. Some days I still feel blah and unattractive, but others I'm really proud of myself for losing the weight and for the way I look now. I think it's just part of being human to never be entirely satisfied with ourselves. I guess the most important thing is that the yes days outweigh the no days. If they don't, then there might be something underlying that feeling other than weight...
Hope that helps! (probably not really - it was a very round-a-bout response!!!).
Caz. xx
Well done on the effort Karrie! So glad you are back in the losing game! If you achieve all the exercise you have planned as well, there is no surer thing that it will continue :)
