GOALS IN WEEK 7

Okidoke! We're half way through the challenge and im feeling like we all need a mini goal to kick start or push on with our losses! Can everyone please comment on this post with YOUR mini goal this week! Ill start the ball rolling......

MY MINI GOAL - WEEK 7
A PERFECT WEIGHT WATCHERS WEEK!

This week im going to stick to my points every day and work out that little bit harder in every session! Im going to have no alcohol until easter (so fifteen days off that evil thing that caused so much pain yesterday!)

I am also going to tell myself something good about myself every day when i wake up and aknowledge how far ive come!

Good luck Jenn - sound like good goals, especially the one about encouraging yourself! Lately every time I have alcohol I wonder why I bothered, so that sounds like a good idea too!

My goal for this week Jenn is to have the "perfect weekend". If I just focus on the fact it is only two days to get through, I reckon I can convince myself not to give into temptation.
