Well - it finally happened. Jenn, I think you jinxed me!! For the first time in 15 weeks, I gained!! Only 700g, but poo!!
My only excuse is that it was my birthday week (very small piece of cake!), plus had a work dinner (indian, two glasses of wine) - and had a roadtrip down to the south coast for a friend's wedding. I genuinely did choose the best foods I could, but that still involved one Macca's breakfast (hash brown, bacon & egg mcmuffin) and one post-wedding fry up (bacon, egg, cheese roll).
Not to mention the oh.............10 or so glasses of cheap white that had me up all night after the wedding, donating calories to the porcelain bowl. Good lord, did I chuck a lot. I have decided I'm far too old to drink properly, so I think I may just give it away entirely. I'm getting so boring!!! Up at 5am for training, no smoking, no drinking.. no fun at all!! Heh.
This week, right back on track. .. goals for the week:
1. Drink 2.5-3.5 L/day - of water, rather than wine this week.
2. Reduce calorie target from 1550 to 1400 calories/day.
3. Exercise at least 500 calories off per day.
Hope everyone else did better than me!!

sounds like you had a huge weekend so dont worry too much, youll have that gone next week so just work extra hard for a great result!
sounds like a fun weekend though! and im glad you enjoyed yourself, besides the toilet bowl incident of course!!
