Phew

Had the world's hardest training session today - I think my trainer canes us on Fridays because we're going to have the weekend off...hmmm? Last week he made us run 10 sets of stairs, then run across a footbridge across the freeway, and I thought I'd die.

Today, lots of boxing and 50 trillion step ups ON A PARK BENCH - really high! I could hardly walk afterwards heh.

The good news is that according to my HR monitor, I burned 679 calories in an hour, so that's awesome! Fingers crossed I can reverse my gain and lose at least 700g this week... although I'll be happy to start by losing anything!

OMG! That sounds like a tough workout.Go you for doing it!
I bet afterwards you feel great because you know how hard you worked out.
I'm sure you'll lose that 700g no probs.
