RESULTS ARE IN - AFTER 5 WEEKS

Okay here goes! You all did as I asked and had an awesome crack this week and we got our best combined loss since week 1!! Combined we lost 7.4 kilos this week which is fantastic!

ALL UP NOW WE HAVE LOST A COMBINED WEIGHT LOSS OF 26.6 KILOS (and that includes any gains any of us are guilty of having!)

I honestly thought i was a shoe in for the biggest loser this week after a whopping 2.4 kilos lost, little did i know that good old helen was going to pull something bigger - 3.2 kilos - thats HUGE! WELL DONE HELEN FOR BEING OUR BIGGEST LOSER THIS WEEK!

To date our biggest loser is - ooh i just looked - its me! yey! I have lost 4.7 kilos in the 5 weeks and thats with a big gain in week 2 of 1.3+ so it can be done even after weeks like that! this week saved me anyway!!!

I will firstly list this weeks losers - followed by losses to date - and how far off our biggest loser goals we are! I hope your all very proud of what youve done just in the last month or so! its so achievable when you stick with the program and have the support of each other to get there!

Other than that we only had two gainers - that will have big losses this week, and three who maintained! Great team effort guys well done!

and last but not least Caz is maintaining and right on target so well done to her!

I decided that because we are all different body weights to start and all have different goals in this challenge that there can be more than one biggest loser overall - and thats anyone who gets to their goal weight at the end of the challenge, - but think about it if you fall a kilo short come last weigh in - your still so much closer to your ww goal its not funny!

Right, looking at the loss to go by the end, I'm suddenly thinking two things.
1. I was very optimistic before the challenge; and
2. I had better pull my finger out.

Did anyone see that Munnalita lost NINE KILOS this week? Holy hell, I want to know EXACTLY what she was eating, and how she was training - it would really be much more helpful than all the whining and bitching they show...!!!

Jenn, well done on being the Biggest Loser, and being such a stellar challenge organizer!!
